It was not enough for the Magic Pan to start with an enticing bed of spring mix greens... they added sweet-sour Mandarin Orange slices and then complimented those tart flavors with tangy cherry tomatoes.

Now, for the finishing touch. A zesty and flavorful Chipotle dressing adds the bold compliment to the delightful fresh and delicate flavor of premium smoked salmon.

Adding a glass of wine and some fresh made banana bread and you have the perfect vehicle to transcend into a world of health and taste far beyond the usual.

We whole heartedly recommend this salad treat. It will exceed your expectation.

Many of the lunch guests were enjoying the Turkey Gobler sandwich which is a lunch special for many old and new guests. So live a little! Go out and enjoy your Santa Fe experience today. Come to the Magic Pan Restaurant in... Where else? Placitas Santa Fe. In the Upper Valley. Phone 915-581-2121
